
Surveys are an important tool for new product research and development and the results can be easily incorporated into the product’s marketing and promotion campaign. Sharing those survey results brings awareness to the “little things” we consumers often give little or no thought to until it is too late.
The Chamberlain Group, Inc. recently released the results of a power outage study conducted by Zoomerang. The results revealed that most homeowners (me included) easily overlook the safety and security issues that may arise from a power outage.
